The most-asked question is also the most difficult question to answer. Fact is, every project is different, and requires a different amount of resources to complete. That being said, we want to give you some kind of ballpark. Before we get to numbers though, consider that the following variables can greatly affect cost: number of concept roughs, number of revisions, number of templates required, amount of consulting required, number and complexity of custom functions, and timeline. So, without further ado, and with only minor cringing on our part, here’s our ultra-rough ballpark cost range:



  • Blog - costs range from $1500 to $6000

  • Template tweaks - costs range from $100 to $?

  • Small business site - costs range from $3000 to $10,000+

  • News site (including video, audio, etc) - costs range from $8000 to $15,000+

  • Community site - costs range from $8000 to $15,000+
